目的探讨CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、CD19诸项免疫指标与恶性实体瘤发生、发展及受化疗影响的关系。方法用常规免疫荧光流式细胞仪技术测定受试者外周血T、B淋巴细胞亚群百分数,恶性实体瘤患者各项指标分别与正常人群比较,并按接受和未接受化疗与否进行异种人群比较,按化疗前后进行同种人群比较,按化疗后一般状况P.S.得分进行分组比较。结果恶性实体瘤患者CD3、CD4、CD3/CD4、CD19均值低于正常,CD8高于正常,不同人群比较,接受化疗者CD3测得值低于正常值的百分率较之未接受化疗者显著升高,其他各项指标差异无显著性,同一患者群化疗前后比较,化疗后CD3、CD4测得值低于正常值的百分率较之化疗前显著升高,其他各项指标差异无显著性,化疗后按P.S.得分分组,P.S.得分≥3组群CD3、CD4测得值低于正常值的百分率较之P.S.得分≤2组群显著升高,其他各项指标差异无显著性。结论恶性实体瘤患者免疫功能可能与发病和病情进展有关,化疗可以同时杀灭免疫细胞,但个体的免疫反应可能与个体特征有关。

목적탐토CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8、CD19제항면역지표여악성실체류발생、발전급수화료영향적관계。방법용상규면역형광류식세포의기술측정수시자외주혈T、B림파세포아군백분수,악성실체류환자각항지표분별여정상인군비교,병안접수화미접수화료여부진행이충인군비교,안화료전후진행동충인군비교,안화료후일반상황P.S.득분진행분조비교。결과악성실체류환자CD3、CD4、CD3/CD4、CD19균치저우정상,CD8고우정상,불동인군비교,접수화료자CD3측득치저우정상치적백분솔교지미접수화료자현저승고,기타각항지표차이무현저성,동일환자군화료전후비교,화료후CD3、CD4측득치저우정상치적백분솔교지화료전현저승고,기타각항지표차이무현저성,화료후안P.S.득분분조,P.S.득분≥3조군CD3、CD4측득치저우정상치적백분솔교지P.S.득분≤2조군현저승고,기타각항지표차이무현저성。결론악성실체류환자면역공능가능여발병화병정진전유관,화료가이동시살멸면역세포,단개체적면역반응가능여개체특정유관。
Objective To explore the relationships between the origin, the progression, chemotherapy of human solid malignant neoplasm and their immunological parameters: CD3, CD4, CD8, CD4/CD8, CD19.Methods Peripheral blood from 71 cancer patients and 60 normal controls were drawn. Routine fluorescence flow cytometry method was used to detect immunological parameters.Several comparisons were made, including (1) average value of each parameter between patients and controls; (2) average value of each parameter between patients who received no chemotherapy and controls; (3) abnormal percentage of each parameter between patients received chemotherapy and those who didn't; (4) abnormal percentage of each parameter before and after chemotherapy; (5) abnormal percentage of each parameter in patients between patients who had a P.S. score ≤ 2 and score ≥ 3.Results In patients suffered with solid malignant neoplasm, the mean values of CD3, CD4, CD4/CD8, CD19 were lower , and CD8 was higher than those of controls. Abnormal percentage of CD3 in patients who received chemotherapy was significantly higher than patients who received no chemotherapy. Abnormal percentages of both CD3 and CD4 were also higher in patients before receiving chemotherapy than after receiving chemotherapy. Abnormal percentages of CD3 and CD4 were higher in patients who had P.S. score ≥3 than P.S. score ≤2 .Conclusion The immune function of the patients suffered with solid malignant tumors seems to be related with the origin and the progression of the disease. Chemotherapy may kill immune cells of the body and may have double effects. Physical condition of the individual also seems to relate with immune ability.
