In this paper, benzene adsorption isotherm and their hysteresis on Zhejiang diatomite was determined at 25℃, and its pore-size distribution, and silicon hydroxyl groups (SiOH) number per nanometer square (nm2) was determined, the relationship between pore structure, surface SiOH number and adsorption isotherm with hysteresis was discussed.
