以工业生产线上失效的三价铬蓝白钝化废液为对象,通过添加某些组分来改善钝化液的性能,并延长其使用寿命.结果表明,添加Cr~(3+)能够提高钝化件的耐蚀性,添加Co~(2+)能够恢复钝化件的蓝色光泽,添加复合有机酸能改善钝化件的外观和耐蚀性,添加F-对钝化液性能的影响较小.同时添加Cr~(3+)、Co~(2+)和复合有机酸能明显改善钝化件的外观和耐蚀性,实现钝化液钝化性能的恢复.
以工業生產線上失效的三價鉻藍白鈍化廢液為對象,通過添加某些組分來改善鈍化液的性能,併延長其使用壽命.結果錶明,添加Cr~(3+)能夠提高鈍化件的耐蝕性,添加Co~(2+)能夠恢複鈍化件的藍色光澤,添加複閤有機痠能改善鈍化件的外觀和耐蝕性,添加F-對鈍化液性能的影響較小.同時添加Cr~(3+)、Co~(2+)和複閤有機痠能明顯改善鈍化件的外觀和耐蝕性,實現鈍化液鈍化性能的恢複.

Some components were added to a spent blue-white trivalent chromium passivation bath from industrial production line to improve its performance and extend its service life.The results showed that adding Cr~(3+) can improve corrosion resistance,adding Co2+or organic acid compound can recover blue gloss of passivation film,and adding F-has little effect on the performance of passivation bath.The simultaneous addition of Cr~(3+),Co~(2+) and organic acid compound Can apparently improve the appearance and corrosion resistance of passivation film,thus achieving the recovery of spent passivation bath.
