3年的引种观察、产量比较结果客观地反映出晋西北当前的荞麦生产水平:甜荞单产平均可达1 107 kg/ hm~2,苦荞单产平均可达1 471 kg/ hm~2.鉴定筛选出适应性好、稳产高产的甜荞品种为:榆荞-5、定荞1号、威甜02-198、黑小荞;苦荞品种为:云荞67、昭苦2号、平01-043、西苦7-3、九江苦荞、威苦01-374、晋苦2号等.并根据不同地域气候差异,提出应用推广建议.

The result of 3-year introduction observation and yield comparison showed the present buckwheat production level in northwest Shanxi that the unit area yield of sweet buckwheat was as high as 1 107 kg/hm~2 and bitter buckwheat 1 471 kg/hm~2. Some qualified sweet buckwheat species selected were Yuqiao 5, Dingqiao 1, Weitian 02-198 and Heixiaoqiao, and bitter ones Yunqiao 67, Zhaoku 2, Ping 01-043, Xiku 7-3, Jiujiang bitter buckwheat, Weiku 01-374, Jinku 2 etc. In addition, extension recommendation was put forward according to location climate.
