根据楔横轧工艺的特点,简化了凸轮体轧齐的数学模型,推导出楔横轧凸轮体在轧齐过程中螺旋斜锥体大端半径随轧件转角变化的旋转公式及各阶段螺旋斜锥体的体积公式.根据体积平衡原理得到了凸轮体内直角台阶的轧齐曲线,最后采用有限元软件对凸轮体的轧齐过程进行模拟,模拟结果良好,验证了轧齐曲线的正确性.研究结果对用楔横轧工艺设计生产凸轮轴具有借鉴意义.

According to the process characteristics of cross wedge rolling, the math modal of shaping cam shaft was simplified and the rotation formula that indicated the big ending radius of spiral declined cone change with the rotation angles of rolled piece for the cam shaft was derived. The volume formula for each stage was obtained. The shaping curve of cross wedge rolling right-angle step was got through the volume balance principle. Finally, the shaping process of the cam shaft was simulated by the FEM software Deform-3D and the result was good. The correctness of shaping curve was verified. The study provides references for manufacturing and designing camshaft through cross wedge rolling.
