In a new economy age with highly developed science and technology,the power of the knowledge on its creating economy value has been well displayed.The intellectual property protection becomes one of the most important economic affairs.This paper,on the basis of the present situation analysis on the intellectual property protection for the private scientific and technological enterprises,elaborates the importance of this aspect.Meanwhile,this paper puts forward some beneficial advices on how to promote the business of the intellectual property protection.
