液力扭变器是自动变速车的关键部件，其中电子束焊接工艺难度很大。叙述了该焊接设备的设计思路、设备性能和特点以及最终的工艺效果。说明我国小功率电子束焊接设备的设计和制造技术有了新的发展，对我国中高档汽车、小型航空部件的国产化会有一定的促进作用。

It is one of the difficult technologies to weld the turbine subassembly of hydraulic torque converter as a key component in aut oshift cars with electron beam weldingThe paper described the design conside rs，capability and characteristics of the equipment and finally technology effec ts.It is shown that the design and manufacture technologies for small power elec tron beam welders have got the new development.It will play a promote effect in a certain extent for increase of homemade rate in middling and top grade automob iles and minitype aviation parts.
