Clinical discipline construction is a basic, long-term and systematic project. It is important to solve the prob-lems on how to adapt to new military reform, how to use the college reform opportunity to speed the construction of clinical disci-pline and improve the ability in both normal time and wartime. The paper proposed countermeasures to the problems in an affilia-ted hospital of a military medical university through field investigation.
