采用盆栽试验研究高、中、低氮水平下施用蚯蚓粪对水稻生长及根系活力的影响.结果表明:在3种供氮水平下,增施蚯蚓粪均能明显改善水稻根系与地上部生长及提高根系活力;在施氮的基础上增施蚯蚓粪,移栽25 d后稻株的茎蘖数及地上部于重平均比单施氮肥分别提高9.8%、44.7%,而根干重、根系总体积及根系活力则分别提高20.1%、29.5%和50.7%.在高氮水平下,水稻的分蘖及根系活力等均受到一定程度的抑制,但该抑制效应可被施用蚯蚓粪而缓解.

Pot experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of vermicompost application on growth and root activity of rice supplied with different rates of chemical nitrogen fertilizer. Results showed that vermicompost application improved rice growth and enhanced root vigor under all rates of chemical nitrogen fertilizer applied. In the treatments applied with both of vermicompost and chemical nitrogen fertilizer, tiller number and dry weight of aerial part at 25d after transplanting increased 9. 8% and 44.7%, on average, respectively, while dry weight, total volume and vigor of rice root increased 20. 1%, 29.50% and 50. 7%, respectively, compared with those in treatments with only chemical nitrogen fertil-izer. The detrimental effect of high rate of nitrogen application on rice tiller number and root activity was observed in this study, and this inhibitory effect, however, could be eased by the application of vermicompost.
