利用选择性培养基,对秸秆就地焚烧和未焚烧土壤中的玉米幼苗根际微生物进行分离,分析其数量变化.研究表明:相比于未经焚烧过的土壤,经焚烧过的土壤中的玉米幼苗根际单位根菌量真菌减少24.24%、细菌减少29.37%、放线菌减少62.9%、磷细菌减少45.56%、钾细菌减少41.21%、固氮菌减少39.74%.在同样生长天数内,经秸秆焚烧过的土壤中的玉米幼苗在苗高、苗湿重、苗干重、苗体积、根重、根体积等方面均明显低于未焚烧的土壤,而根湿重、根干重两方面变化不大.而秸秆焚烧土壤比未焚烧土壤中的玉米幼苗根的总比表面减少率为63.61%,而活跃比表面减少率达76.76%.

The rhizosphere microorganism of corn seedlings that grow on burned soil and unburned soil were separated and its quantity change was analyzed by selective medium.The physiological indices of corn seedlings that grow on both kinds of soil were measured by simple measurement device.The root activity of corn seedlings that grow on both kinds of soil was measured by methylene blue test adsorption.The results showed that rhizosphere fungi,bacteria, ray fungi,phosphorus bacteria, sylvite bacteria and azotobacter of corn seedling that grow on burned soil reduced 24.24%,29.37%,62.9%,45.56%,41.21% and 39.74%,respectively,compared with which grow on unburned soil.Within the same growth time,the seedling height,seedling green-weight,seedling dry-weight, seedling volume,root weight, root volume of corn seedling that grow on burned soil were significantly lower than which grow on unburned soil,but the root green-weight and root dry-weight of corn seedling that grow on both kind of soil almost had no change.Compared with unbumed soil,the total specific surface rate and active specific surface rate of COrn seedling that grow on burned soil reduced 63.61% and 76.76%,respectively.
