以实际焦化废水经A~2O工艺处理后的出水为研究对象,考察了Fenton试剂氧化法深度处理焦化废水的效果和影响因素.结果表明,Fenton试剂氧化法对焦化废水具有良好的深度处理效果,在进水COD为100~340 mg/L、色度为480~940倍的条件下,出水COD和色度等指标均可达到<城市污水再生利用工业用水水质>(GB/T 19923-2005)的要求.在试验条件下,最佳的反应参数:初始pH值为2.5,反应温度为40~50℃,Fe~(2+)投加量为0.4 mmol/L,反应时间为2~3 h,H_2O_2投加量为4~8 mmol/L.

Taking the actual coking wastewater treated by A~2O process as research object, the effi-ciency and influencing factors in advanced treatment of the coking wastewater by Fenton reagent oxidation process was investigated. The results show that the Fenton reagent oxidation process has high treatment efficiency of coking wastewater. When the influent COD is 100 to 340 mg/L, and color is 480 to 940 times, the effluent COD and color can reach the requirements of the Reuse of Urban Recycling Water --Water Quality Standard for Industrial Uses (GB/T 19923 -2005). The optimal operating conditions are as follows: initial pH is 2.5, reaction temperature is 40 to 50 ℃, Fe~(2+) dosage is 0.4 mmol/L, reaction time is 2 to 3 h, and H_2O_2 dosage is 4 to 8 mmol/L.
