乌柏是我国四大木本油料之一,种子含油量高,乌桕梓油是由种仁榨取所得的液体油脂,是轻工业、食品和国防等行业的重要油源。乌桕梓油甲酯化后,利用100 m×0.25 mm的GC毛细管柱,气相色谱法测定乌桕梓油的脂肪酸组成。测定结果表明:乌桕梓油中饱和脂肪酸占10.68%,以棕榈酸含量最高,占7.52%。不饱和脂肪酸占89.13%,单不饱和脂肪酸占18.63%,以油酸含量最高,占14.55%;多不饱和脂肪酸占70.50%;其中含量最高的为人体所必需的脂肪酸亚油酸和α-亚麻酸,分别占30.77%和39.30%。还含有相当数量天然植物中少有的奇数碳原子脂肪酸十一烷酸,占0.29%。其中月桂烯酸(占3.19%)和十一烷酸未见报道。

오백시아국사대목본유료지일,충자함유량고,오구재유시유충인자취소득적액체유지,시경공업、식품화국방등행업적중요유원。오구재유갑지화후,이용100 m×0.25 mm적GC모세관주,기상색보법측정오구재유적지방산조성。측정결과표명:오구재유중포화지방산점10.68%,이종려산함량최고,점7.52%。불포화지방산점89.13%,단불포화지방산점18.63%,이유산함량최고,점14.55%;다불포화지방산점70.50%;기중함량최고적위인체소필수적지방산아유산화α-아마산,분별점30.77%화39.30%。환함유상당수량천연식물중소유적기수탄원자지방산십일완산,점0.29%。기중월계희산(점3.19%)화십일완산미견보도。
The Chinese tallow was ranked in top four woody oil plants for high seed oil content.The Chinese tallow oil can be used as a source of edible oil,industrial oil,and lubricant oil.After esterified,the fatty acids of Chinese tallow oil was determined by capillary column GC with 100 m×0.25 mm.The results indicated that the saturated fatty acid content was 10.68 %,the unsaturated fatty acid content was 89.13 %,containing single-unsaturated fatty acid 18.63 % and poly-unsaturated 70.50 %;Content of linoleate and linolenic acid necessary to body were highest 30.77 % and 39.30 % respectively.A good few odd number fatty acid unwonted in natural plant were found in Chinese tallow oil.There was no reported about lauroleic acid and undecanoicacid.
