[目的]观察中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效.[方法]将80例肝硬化腹水患者随机分为2组,对照组40例,给予西医护肝、利尿、补充白蛋内或血浆、对症处理等常规治疗,治疗组40例,在西医常规治疗的基础上加用中药汤剂辨证治疗.[结果]临床疗效总有效率,治疗组和对照组分别为92.5％和80.0％,两组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.05).[结论]相较于单纯西医治疗,中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效更好,明显提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广.
[목적]관찰중서의결합치료간경화복수적림상료효.[방법]장80례간경화복수환자수궤분위2조,대조조40례,급여서의호간、이뇨、보충백단내혹혈장、대증처리등상규치료,치료조40례,재서의상규치료적기출상가용중약탕제변증치료.[결과]림상료효총유효솔,치료조화대조조분별위92.5％화80.0％,량조비교,차이유현저성(P＜0.05).[결론]상교우단순서의치료,중서의결합치료간경화복수료효경호,명현제고환자생활질량,치득림상추엄.
[Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) combined with western medicine in treatment for ascites caused by cirrhosis of liver.[Methods]80 cases of ascites caused by the cirrhosis of liver were enrolled randomly and divided into treated group and control group,with 40 cases for each group.40 of them were treated with TCM on the basis of western medicine.Others as control group were treated with western medicine only.[Results]The effective rate of the treated group was 92.5％,the control group was 80.0％.There was significant difference between two groups after comparison (P＜ 0.05).[Conclusion]TCM combined with western medicine possesses a better effect for ascites caused by the cirrhosis of liver than using only western medicine.
