根据国务院关于建立全科医生制度的指导意见,从2012年起我国将在临床医学专业学位类别下增设全科医学领域,全面开展临床医学(全科医学领域)硕士专业学位研究生教育.本文在回顾2011年～2012年上海市试点招收“全科医学领域”专业硕士研究生工作的基础上,围绕临床医学(全科医学领域)专业硕士培养实施细则的修订,在全科医学专业硕士研究生课程学习、临床轮转、社区卫生实践和学位论文标准等方面,就如何衔接全科医生制度并体现全科医学专业特征进行了探讨.

China government has set up and implements the standardized GP training plan in order to achieve the aim of health care system reform in China.On the basis of reviewing the reform plan of the GP professional degree in clinical medicine in Shanghai since 2011,the paper holds in-depth discussion revolving around the key points of drafting the implementation plan of the GP professional degree education.It is necessary to adjust the training pattern and content,teaching method,exam and management,and the degree conferring criteria in accordance with the basic principles and characteristics of GP residence training model.
