以石油污染土壤淋洗修复产生的含油废水为研究对象,采用复配絮凝剂-超滤膜组合工艺处理含油废水.考察了絮凝剂的配比、加入量、pH、搅拌速度和搅拌时间以及超滤膜的进料流量和压力等因素对废水处理效果的影响.实验结果表明,废水处理的最佳工艺条件:复配絮凝剂由质量分数5%的PFS和质量分数5%的PAC组成,投加量分别为30、10 mL/L,助凝剂为质量分数0.05%的PAM,投加量为1 mL/L,搅拌速度为120 r/min,搅拌时间为9 min;进料流量为50 L/h、压力控制在0.5 MPa.最佳条件下,最终出水含油质量浓度<0.14 mg/L、COD_(Cr)<41 mg/L、SS<1 mg/L,均达到了<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)中的一级排放标准和回注水标准.

The oil-bearing wastewater produced from the washing of oil-contaminated soil has been studied. The combined flocculant-ultrafihration membrane process is used for treating oil-bearing wastewater. The effects of the flocculant ratio, dosage, pH, stirring intensity and time, the feed flow of ultrafiltration and pressure, etc. on the wastewater treatment efficiency are investigated. The results show that the optimum technological conditions are as follows : the composite flocculant consists of mass fraction 5% of PFS, and mass fraction 5% of PAC. Their dosage are 30 mL/L and 10 mL/L respectively. The mass fraction of coagulanting agent PAM is 0.05%, its dosage is 1 mL/L. The intensity and time of stirring as 120 r/min and 9 min respectively, the feed flow as 50 L/h and the pressure as 0.5 MPa. Under these conditions, the ultimate oil content of oil, COD_(Cr) and SS are less than 0.14, 41 mg/L and 1 mg/L respectively. All these indicators reach the first-class discharge standard and reuse water standard of the Compre-hensive Wastewater Discharge Standard (GB 8978-1996).
