为提高长江航运散货运输能力,对其运输组织方式进行了优化及其船型论证.在预测长江流域2020年散货运输货运量及流向的基础上,确定了主要货物种类及其典型航线,建立了长江散货运输组织方式多指标综合测算模型体系.采用多准则评判方法,基于典型航线分航段论证思想,对长江散货运输组织方式进行了多方案优化及多目标综合评判,获得了长江主要干散货运输组织方式及最佳运输船型.研究结果表明:最佳运输船型具有较高的装载率及年货运量,在分航段运输中能够取得较好的经济效益.该结果为制定长江流域散货运输水运发展规划提供了参考.

The transportation organizing mode was optimized to improve the Yangtze river shipping bulk cargo transportation capacity and ship-type demonstration was made. The main cargo type and its typical routes were founded on the prediction of the bulk cargo transportation quantity and destination via Yangtzeriver in 2020. The multi-object comprehensive calculation model system for transportation organizing mode of Yangtze-river bulk cargo was built. Based on the typical subsection of routes, the multi-scheme optimization and the multi-target comprehensive judgment of the Yangtze-river bulk cargo transportation mode were achieved by multi-criteria evaluation method. The main transportation mode of Yangtze-river bulk cargo and the best transportation types of ships were gained. Research results show that the best transportation types of ships have higher loadingrates and freight volumes so as to get better economic benefit in the typical subsection of routes, which can be regarded as reference to the design of bulk cargo transportation in Yangtze-river valley and water-carriage development program.
