目的探讨同型半胱氨酸及血清铁蛋白与绝经后女性冠心病(CHD)的相关性及其相对危险度。方法搜集绝经后女性CHD患者32例(CHD组),绝经后女性无CHD对照22例(对照组),测定两组血浆同型半胱氨酸、血清铁蛋白、血脂各组分、血糖及动脉血压。结果 CUD组血浆同型半胱氨酸及血清铁蛋白分别为(19.12±5.99)μmol/L和(358.16±170.171)μg/L,均显著高于对照组[(5.58±1.65)μmol/L,(111.97±73.70)μg/L],(P〈0.01)。同型半胱氨酸及铁蛋白的相对危险度(OR值)大于高血压、血脂异常和糖尿病等传统危险因素。结论高同型半胱氨酸及高血清铁蛋白均可能是绝经后女性CHD的独立危险因素,且同型半胱氨酸及血清铁蛋白对冠心病的相对危险度大于高血压、血脂异常和糖尿病。

목적탐토동형반광안산급혈청철단백여절경후녀성관심병(CHD)적상관성급기상대위험도。방법수집절경후녀성CHD환자32례(CHD조),절경후녀성무CHD대조22례(대조조),측정량조혈장동형반광안산、혈청철단백、혈지각조분、혈당급동맥혈압。결과 CUD조혈장동형반광안산급혈청철단백분별위(19.12±5.99)μmol/L화(358.16±170.171)μg/L,균현저고우대조조[(5.58±1.65)μmol/L,(111.97±73.70)μg/L],(P〈0.01)。동형반광안산급철단백적상대위험도(OR치)대우고혈압、혈지이상화당뇨병등전통위험인소。결론고동형반광안산급고혈청철단백균가능시절경후녀성CHD적독립위험인소,차동형반광안산급혈청철단백대관심병적상대위험도대우고혈압、혈지이상화당뇨병。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum homocysteine(HCY),ferritin and coronary heart disease(CHD) in post menopausal women.And investigate the relative risk ratio of homocysteine and ferritin contrast with tradition risk factor,such as hypertensive,hyperlipidemia and diabetes.Methods a cross-sectional study,serum homocysteine,ferritin,lipids,blood glucose and blood pressure levels of 54 post menopausal women undergoing diagnostic CHD(32 with CHD and 22 without CHD) were measured.Results The occurrence of CHD was correlated with high HCY and feritin level.The mean serum HCY level was significantly higher in CHD than in without CHD post menopansal women [(19.12±5.99)μmol/L vs(5.58±1.65) μmol/L,P〈0.01].The mean serum ferritin level was significantly higher in CHD than in without CHD post menopausal women [(358.16±170.17) μg/L vs(111.97±73.70) μg/L,P〈0.01].The relative risk ratio high HCY level=22,and the relative risk ratio of high ferritin level=15,that means HCY and ferritin are higher than tradition risk factor,such as hypertensive,hyperlipidemia and diabetes.And results were indicated that HCY is an independent risk factor of CHD.Conclusion HCY is an independent risk factor of CHD.The relative risk ratio of HCY and ferritin are higher than tradition risk factor,such as hypertensive,hyperlipidemia and diabetes.
