试验测定了5～10月滇池规范种植的水葫芦常规营养成分和矿物质元素含量。结果表明,新鲜水葫芦粗水分含量为93.75%,干物质中,无氮浸出物、粗纤维、粗灰分、粗蛋白、粗脂肪含量分别为3.08%、1.30%、1.02%、0.72%、0.12%。锰、锌、铜、钙、磷等营养矿物质元素含量很低。新鲜水葫芦有害重金属含量排序为铬〉铅〉砷〉汞〉镉,其中汞含量为0.21μg·g-1,高于国家标准限量。结果表明,水葫芦适合作为反刍动物饲料原料,但由于有害重金属汞含量超标,必须考虑水葫芦作为饲料的合理添加量,以保证饲料安全。

Nutrient chemical components and minerals of eichhomia crassipes planted in Dianchi watershed were determined in 5 to 10 months. The results showed the crude moisture of fresh eichhomia crassipes was 93.75%, and dry matter was 6.25%. The contents of nitrogen free extract, crude fiber, crude ash, crude protein, and crude fat in dry matter were 3.08%, 1.30%, 1.02%, 0.72%, 0.12%. The concentrations of Mn, Zn, Cu, Ca, and P was very low. The heavy metal mineral concentrations in fresh eichhomia crassipes was CrPbAsHgCd. The content of fresh eichhomia crassipes was 0.21 μg·g-1 which was higher than that of the feedstuff prescribed in GB 13078-2001 （China standard）. These findings suggested eichhomia crassipes could be suitable for the feedstuff of ruminants. Because of the residual of Hg in fresh eichhomia crassipes, the addition ratio of eichhomia crassipes in animal completed diet should be studied for guarantee of feed safety.
