目的 研究营养干预对潜艇人员氧化损伤的保护作用.方法 选取某单位出海30 d潜艇作业的50名人员为调查对象,随机分为干预组和对照组,每组25名,干预组在出海期间,隔日服用维生素B25 mg、维生素C 200 mg、葡多酚胶囊50 mg,每周服用维生素A胶丸2.5万单位.出海前和出海后各抽取空腹静脉血1次,检测血浆总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)水平、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活力、丙二醛(MDA)含量、淋巴细胞增殖活性、红细胞溶血度和γ-干扰素等指标.结果 出海前干预组和对照组各指标的差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05).出海后干预组的T-AOC水平、SOD活力、淋巴细胞增殖活性和γ-干扰素[分别为(24.08±0.10)U/ml、(44.85±0.96)U/ml、0.27±0.04(加H2O2)、0.31±0.05(不加H2O2)、(34.21±3.52)pg/ml]较对照组[分别为(21.06±1.10)U/ml、(42.80±1.46)U/ml、0.23±0.01(加H2O2)、0.28±0.17(不加H2O2)、(31.89±3.52)pg/ml]明显升高,而MDA含量、红细胞溶血度明显降低[干预组分别为(2.15±0.28)nmol/ml、20.96%±0.10%,对照组分别为(2.44±0.33)nmol/ml、23.12%±0.77%],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 营养干预对出海潜艇人员的氧化损伤有良好的防护作用.

목적 연구영양간예대잠정인원양화손상적보호작용.방법 선취모단위출해30 d잠정작업적50명인원위조사대상,수궤분위간예조화대조조,매조25명,간예조재출해기간,격일복용유생소B25 mg、유생소C 200 mg、포다분효낭50 mg,매주복용유생소A효환2.5만단위.출해전화출해후각추취공복정맥혈1차,검측혈장총항양화능력(T-AOC)수평、초양화물기화매(SOD)활력、병이철(MDA)함량、림파세포증식활성、홍세포용혈도화γ-간우소등지표.결과 출해전간예조화대조조각지표적차이균무통계학의의(P>0.05).출해후간예조적T-AOC수평、SOD활력、림파세포증식활성화γ-간우소[분별위(24.08±0.10)U/ml、(44.85±0.96)U/ml、0.27±0.04(가H2O2)、0.31±0.05(불가H2O2)、(34.21±3.52)pg/ml]교대조조[분별위(21.06±1.10)U/ml、(42.80±1.46)U/ml、0.23±0.01(가H2O2)、0.28±0.17(불가H2O2)、(31.89±3.52)pg/ml]명현승고,이MDA함량、홍세포용혈도명현강저[간예조분별위(2.15±0.28)nmol/ml、20.96%±0.10%,대조조분별위(2.44±0.33)nmol/ml、23.12%±0.77%],차이균유통계학의의(P<0.05).결론 영양간예대출해잠정인원적양화손상유량호적방호작용.
Objective To investigate the effect of nutrition protection on oxidation damage of the submarine men. Methods 50 submarine men were randomly divided into test group and control group, 25 persons each. The test group member took VitB2 5 mg, VitC 200 mg, GPC capsule 50 mg, once every other day and VitA capsules 25 000 units for every week during the sea-voyage. The total anti-oxidative capacity (TAOC), superoxided ismutase (SOD), malescdialdehyde (MDA), the proliferation of peripheral-blood lymphocyte (PPL) ,the hemolytic degree of RBC and IFN-γ were detected. Results Before sea voyage, the difference in the T-AOC and SOD and PPL and IFN-γ and the MDA content and the hemolytic degree of RBC between the test group and the control group were not significant (P>0.05). After sea voyage, the T-AOC and SOD and PPL and IFN-γ in the test group [(24.08±0.10) U/ml, (44.85±0.96) U/ml, (0.29±0.05)(with H2O2),(0.34±0.04) (without H2O2) and(34.21±3.52) pg/ml] were higher than the control group [(21.06±1.10) U/ml,(42.80±1.46) nu/ml, (0.23±0.01) (with H2O2), (0.34±0.04) (without H2O2) and (31.89±3.52) pg/mi]. The MDA content and the hemolytic degree of RBC [(2.15±0.28) nmol/ml and (20.96%±0.10%)] were lower than the control group [(2.44±0.32) nmol/ml and (23.12%±0.77%) ]. The difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion To add antioxidant nutrients can improve the submarine men' s antioxidant capacity.
