目的 探讨沙丁胺醇、普米克、氨溴索联合雾化吸入对婴幼儿支气管肺炎的影响.方法 将100例支气管肺炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各50例.两组患儿均给予常规抗炎、止喘、祛痰治疗,观察组在此基础上给予沙丁胺醇、普米克、氨溴索生理盐水氧驱动雾化吸入,每日2次,7~10 d.观察两组患儿治疗前后的症状消失时间、末梢静脉血氧饱和度、抗生素应用时间、平均住院日.结果 两组末梢静脉血氧饱和度均有改善(P<0.05),观察组更明显.观察组患儿的临床症状消失的时间、抗生素应用时间、平均住院日更短(P<0.05),而且无明显不良反应发生.结论 三联雾化吸入对婴幼儿支气管肺炎治疗有效,安全性高.

목적 탐토사정알순、보미극、안추색연합무화흡입대영유인지기관폐염적영향.방법 장100례지기관폐염환인수궤분위관찰조화대조조각50례.량조환인균급여상규항염、지천、거담치료,관찰조재차기출상급여사정알순、보미극、안추색생리염수양구동무화흡입,매일2차,7~10 d.관찰량조환인치료전후적증상소실시간、말소정맥혈양포화도、항생소응용시간、평균주원일.결과 량조말소정맥혈양포화도균유개선(P<0.05),관찰조경명현.관찰조환인적림상증상소실적시간、항생소응용시간、평균주원일경단(P<0.05),이차무명현불량반응발생.결론 삼련무화흡입대영유인지기관폐염치료유효,안전성고.
Objective To observe the effect of salbutamol,pulmicort and ambroxol atomized inhalation on infantile bronchopneumonia.Methods One hundred patients with infantile bronchopneumonia were randomly divided into two groups (the observation group and the control group).The observation group was given Salbutamol,pulmicort and ambroxol by nebulizer,bid,7 ~10 day.The duration of clinical symptoms,SpO2,the use of antibiotics,be in hospital days before and after treatment were observed.Results There were significant improvement of SpO2 in the two groups ( P < 0.05 ),more obvious in the observation group.The observation group had significant shorter duration of clinical symptoms,the use of antibiotics,be in hospital days after therapy( P < 0.05).No severe symtemic adverse reactions were shown in the study.Conclusions Salbutamol,pulmicort and ambroxol atomized inhalation in the treatment of patients with bronchopneumonia is effective and safe.
