目的 探讨vWF含量、PLT数量和凝血因子时间变化在DIC早期诊断中的临床价值.方法 血清vWF测定采用免疫比浊法,使用日本产OLYMPUSAU-400全自动生化分析仪测定;PT、APTT、TT、Fig测定采用凝固法,使用日本产sysmex CA-530凝血分析仪测定;PLT计数用EDTA-K2抗凝静脉血,使用日本产sysmex K-1000全自动血细胞计数仪测定.结果 DIC病例组血清vWF和Fig含量、PLT数量及PT、APTT、TT时间显著高于正常对照组,差异具有显著性意义(P<0.01),并随着DIC的发展而逐步升高.结论 vWF含量、PLT数量和凝血因子时间变化,可以作为DIC早期预测、诊断的重要指标,而且其动态测定结果还可以作为监测DIC病情发展情况、评价疗效、判断疾病严重程度和估计预后的重要实验参数.

Objective Discusses the vWF content, the PLT quantity and the hemoglutination factor time change in the DIC early diagnosis clinical value. Methods The blood serum vWF determination uses the immunity turbidimetric method, uses Japan to produce the OLYMPUSAU-400 completely automatic biochemistry analyzer determination;PT, APIT, TT, the Fig determination uses the coagulation law, uses Japan to produce sysmex the CA-530 hemoglutination analyzer determination;The PLT counting prevents clotting the venous blood with EDTA-K2 , uses Japan to produce sysmex the K-1000 completely automatic blood corpuscle calculating instrument determination. Results DIC case group blood serum vWF and the Fig content, the PLT quantity and PT, APIT, the TT time obviously is higher than the normal control group, the difference had the significance significance(P < 0. 01) , And elevates gradually along with the DIC development. Conclusion The vWF content,the PLT quantity and the hemoglutination factor time variation, may take the DIC early prediction,is important to diagnosis, moreover its dynamic determination result may also take monitors the DIC condition state of play, the appraisal curative effect, the judgment disease order of severity and the estimate prognosis important experiment parameter.
