目的探讨呼吸训练与舒利迭(沙美特罗替卡松)联合在Ⅲ、Ⅳ级慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)稳定期患者治疗中的效果及护理干预.方法将COPD缓解期患者50例随机分为舒利迭治疗组(A组)和呼吸训练联合舒利跌治疗组(B组),每组25例.评估观察治疗前及治疗后3个月的肺功能变化及临床症状变化.结果 B组治疗3个月后的肺功能FEV1、FEV1/FVC、FEV1占预计值百分比有明显改善(P＜0.05),临床症状改善优于对照组.结论呼吸训练与舒利迭吸入联合能改善患者肺功能,而精心的护理是保证其成功的关键.

Objective To observe the effect of respiratory training combined with seretide treating Ⅲ,Ⅳ grade stable COPD patients and the nursing intervention.Methods A total of 50 chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients were randomly divided into seretide treatment group (A group) and respiratory training combined seretide group (B group),25 patients in each group.Before and 3 months after treatment,pulmonary function and clinical symptoms were observed.Results In group B after 3 months after treatment,lung function FEV1,FEV1/FVC,FEV1 percentage of predicted value accounting were significantly improved than those of control group ( P ＜0.05).Conclusions Respiratory training combined with seretide can not only improve lung function,but also improve the quality of lifeand prognosis,reduce the financial burden of patients; Detail and good nursing is the key to therapy success.
