目的 探讨循证护理在预防老年精神病人跌倒的应用,以减少住院老年精神病人跌倒的发生率.方法 通过循证支持,评估证据的有效性,结合临床专业分析及病人需求,依据证据,制定科学、有效的预防病人跌倒的护理干预措施,并对应用循证护理前、后病人发生跌倒率进行比较.结果 应用循证护理前病人跌倒发生率5.17%,应用循证护理后病人跌倒发生率2.23%.结论 应用循证护理能有效降低老年病人跌倒的发生率.

목적 탐토순증호리재예방노년정신병인질도적응용,이감소주원노년정신병인질도적발생솔.방법 통과순증지지,평고증거적유효성,결합림상전업분석급병인수구,의거증거,제정과학、유효적예방병인질도적호리간예조시,병대응용순증호리전、후병인발생질도솔진행비교.결과 응용순증호리전병인질도발생솔5.17%,응용순증호리후병인질도발생솔2.23%.결론 응용순증호리능유효강저노년병인질도적발생솔.
Objective To explore the application of evidence-based nursing on the prevention fall in the aged mental patients,to reduce the incidence rate of falls in aged mental inpatients.Methods Evidence-based supports were used to assess the validity of the evidence.On the basis of evidence,combining clinical professional analysis and patient needs,the scientific and effective nursing interventions measures were evolved to prevent patients falls.The incidence rates of falls were evaluated before applying evidence-based nursing and after it.Results The incidence rate of falls was 5.17% before applying evidence-based nursing,and the rate was 2.23% after it.Conclusions The application of evidence-based nursing can effectively reduce the incidence rate of falls in aged mental patients.
