目的 分析总结38例肾移植术后肺炎重症患者临床特点及救治措施.方法 选择38例2006年至2011年在郑州大学第一附属医院呼吸暨重症监护室收治的肾移植术后肺部感染患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析.结果 38例患者治愈30例,死亡8例.结论 肺炎肾移植患者应用免疫抑制剂的严重并发症,全面综合治疗是救治成功的关键.

목적 분석총결38례신이식술후폐염중증환자림상특점급구치조시.방법 선택38례2006년지2011년재정주대학제일부속의원호흡기중증감호실수치적신이식술후폐부감염환자적림상자료진행회고성분석.결과 38례환자치유30례,사망8례.결론 폐염신이식환자응용면역억제제적엄중병발증,전면종합치료시구치성공적관건.
Objective To explore the clinical features and treatment measures of the severe pneumonia in renal transplantation patients.Methods Between January 2006 and January 2011,38 patients with severe pneumonia following renal transplantation was retrospectively analyzed.Results 30 cases out of 38 patientswere rescued successfully,and 8 cases died.Conclusion Pneumonia is a severe complication in renal transplant patients receiving immumosrppressant regimens. The key point of success is comprehensive treatmet.
