目的探讨居家护理干预对糖尿病患者疾病自控能力的影响.方法以患者年龄、病情发展各阶段为配对条件,选择2008年10月至2011年10月在我院门诊就诊、健康咨询、住院的100例糖尿病患者配对,随机分为常规组和居家组各50例,常规组给予常规性社区护理；居家组通过实施评估分析,制订行之有效的居家护理方案,共干预6个月,观察干预后两组患者对疾病的自控能力及再次住院率.结果干预后两组患者对疾病自控能力及再次住院率差异存在显著性意义(P＜0.05).结论居家护理干预,能够提高糖尿病患者的疾病自控能力,预防并发症,提高患者生活质量,具有可操作性与实用性,值得在社区护理中推广应用.

Objective To explore the effect of the home nursing intervention on the patients with diabetes for disease self - con-trol.Methods According to the patient age,illness development stages of the conditions,100 patients with diabetes were randomly divided into conventional group and intervention group.Each group had 50 cases.The conventional group was received routine community nursing,intervention group through implementing evaluation analysis formulated effective home health care plan totaled 6 months intervention.Selfcontrol and rehospitalization rate of the patients were observed and compared between two groups. Results There was significant difference between two groups in self - control and rehospitalization rate after intervention (P ＜ 0.05 ).Conclusions Home nursing intervention can improve the ability of disease self - control,prevent complications and improve quality of life.It is worthy of application in the community nursing.
