“教学是漫的艺术”是张文质老师提出的重要观点,某种程度上说,它是教育顺应学生生命发展的一种理性回归。即使是知识的获得,经常是一个困难、艰苦、缓慢的过程;慢是一种科学,更是一种战略战术。在平时教学活动中,速度要放慢,慢下来,教师才能注意到每位学生的困难并及时给予帮助,使学生在有了初步的自我意识后,多给他们提供创造、交流经验、合作学习的机会,逐渐增强自信心和自我力量。

"Education is the slow art" is an important concept raised by teacher Zhang Wenzhi, and it is a kind of rational regress education adapted to students' life development. The acquisition of knowledge is a difficult, hard and slow process; slowness is a science and a strategy and tactics. In daily teaching activities, speed should slow down, only in this way can teachers pay attention to each student's difficulties and give their help, and supply the chance of creating, exchanging experience and corporately learning after students having preliminary self-consciousness, thus to increase confidence and ego strength.
