改革开放以来,广东党外干部培养选拔经历了五个发展阶段,取得了显著成绩。在新的发展形势下,广东党外干部的选拔也面临新的要求和挑战,应从健全体制、工作落实、环境建设等方面完善党外干部培养选拔的路径。
改革開放以來,廣東黨外榦部培養選拔經歷瞭五箇髮展階段,取得瞭顯著成績。在新的髮展形勢下,廣東黨外榦部的選拔也麵臨新的要求和挑戰,應從健全體製、工作落實、環境建設等方麵完善黨外榦部培養選拔的路徑。
개혁개방이래,엄동당외간부배양선발경력료오개발전계단,취득료현저성적。재신적발전형세하,엄동당외간부적선발야면림신적요구화도전,응종건전체제、공작락실、배경건설등방면완선당외간부배양선발적로경。
Since reform and opening up,the training and selection of non-Party cadres in Guangdong's history has seen five stages.Great achievements and important roles have been resulted in terms of the number of personnel,structure,training system development,which adds valuable experience to the United Front work and talent construction development.Under the new situation,the work enjoys a favorable working condition as well as challenges,which poses new demands to the development.In the new era,the work should be enhanced by considering the overall development planning,work systems,implementation of the measures and supporting environment so as to promote the cause of United Front in Guangdong and the healthy development of its economic and society at large
