采用微波辅助提取了枸杞中β-胡萝卜素,筛选了提取β-胡萝卜素的溶剂,考察了微波萃取功率、提取时间、固液比、提取温度对β-胡萝卜素提取率的影响。在单因素试验基础上,通过正交试验优化了提取工艺。结果表明,微波提取β-胡萝卜素的最佳工艺参数为:微波功率400 W,时间80 s,温度为25℃,固液比为1∶15,在此条件下,β-胡萝卜素的提取率为0.55%。

Adopt microwave-assisted extraction in the Chinese matrimony-vine β-carotene,screened extraction β-carotene solvent,inspects the microwave extraction power,extracting time,solid-liquid ratio,extraction temperature of β-carotene of influence.Based on the single factor experiment,by orthogonal experiment optimized extraction technology.Results show that the microwave extraction β-carotene the best technical parameters for: microwave power 400 W,time 80 s,temperature for 25 ℃,solid-liquid ratio for trodden,in these conditions,β-carotene extraction rate was 0.55 %.
