[目的]研究不同树莓品种的组配快繁技术。[方法]试验利用不同浓度培养基对树莓组培中的诱导、增殖、生根、移栽和定植进行研究,对不用激素水平进行比较,进行结果对比试验。[结果]树莓组培快繁以MS为基本培养基,BA 1.0 mg/L+GA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L为最佳诱导培养基,诱导率达82.0%;附加BA 0.5 mg/L+GA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L为最佳增殖培养基,年增殖6.5次,每次增殖倍数3.6倍,年增殖倍数为23.4倍;1/2 MS+0.3 IBA mg/L为最佳生根培养基,生根率达97.0%,移栽炼苗平均成活率为96.1%,圃地定植成活率可达99.0%。[结论]该研究可为树莓组培快繁技术提供参考。

[Objective] Study the rapid propagation techniques of different raspberry varieties.[Method] The induction,proliferation,rooting and planting were studied on different concentration medium of raspberry.The different hormone levels and contrast tests were compared.[Results] The MS was the basic medium.The medium composed of BA 0.5 mg/L+GA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L was the optimal induction medium.The induction rate was 82.0%.The medium additional with BA 0.5 mg/L+GA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L was the best proliferation medium.The proliferation was 6.5 in a year,3.6 times of each time and 23.4 times in a year.Medium with 1/2 MS+0.3 IBA mg/L was the best for rooting and the rate was 97.0%.Seedling transplanting and exercising rate was 96.1%.The survival rate of field planting on nursery soil was 99.0%.[Conclusion] This study could provide references for rapid propagation of raspberry tissue culture.
