本研究对低含水率的苜蓿茎秆不同部位进行了拉伸力学特性试验。结果表明,同一植株不同位置的拉断载荷从顶部到根部呈明显增加趋势,一般根部的拉断载荷是顶部的2~4倍;抗拉强度变化趋势不明显;苜蓿茎秆试样上部、中部和下部的平均直径分别是1.72mm、2.03mm和2.21mm,平均壁厚分别是0.18mm、0.22mm和0.31mm,平均抗拉强度分别为77.06594MPa、96.24907MPa和75.27600MPa,平均载荷分别是59.50628N、105.68330N和121.33230N;验证分析表明,苜蓿茎秆中部和下部的抗拉强度与截面积的相关性较好,上部茎秆的相关性稍差。

본연구대저함수솔적목숙경간불동부위진행료랍신역학특성시험。결과표명,동일식주불동위치적랍단재하종정부도근부정명현증가추세,일반근부적랍단재하시정부적2~4배;항랍강도변화추세불명현;목숙경간시양상부、중부화하부적평균직경분별시1.72mm、2.03mm화2.21mm,평균벽후분별시0.18mm、0.22mm화0.31mm,평균항랍강도분별위77.06594MPa、96.24907MPa화75.27600MPa,평균재하분별시59.50628N、105.68330N화121.33230N;험증분석표명,목숙경간중부화하부적항랍강도여절면적적상관성교호,상부경간적상관성초차。
Laboratory experiments were conducted on the mechanical properties of alfalfa stem by an Universal Test Mechine,the sample was at three levels up the stem.The results showed that the average values of the tensile strength were 77.06594,96.24907, 75.27600MPa for the upper,middle and lower levels in the crop,respectively.The average diameter and wall-thickness were 1.72, 2.03 and 2.21mm,0.18,0.22 and 0.31mm,respectively.The average force were 59.50628,105.68330 and 121.33230N respectively. The middle and lower stem had a high relevance in tensile and area crossing after the verification.
