基于大规模定制生产对产品组成零件的分类,定义了不同类型零件之间的尺寸约束满足优先级,提出了通过转移/延迟零件尺寸变化需求来提高产品变型体中零件重用水平的变型设计策略,分析了零件重用引起的尺寸冲突形式。针对零件尺寸变化转移/延迟问题,给出了零件尺寸之间的变化概率矩阵,提出了基于贝叶斯方法的尺寸变化概率分配模型,可以将尺寸变化需求集中到少数零件对象上以实现重用。在此基础上,给出了基于尺寸变化转移/延迟的混合多模型产品变型设计过程模型。最后,通过一个案例进行了验证,结果表明:通过将尺寸冲突转移、延迟,并根据零件分类动态分配尺寸变化概率,可有效提高定制产品中零件资源的重用水平。

Dimension constraint satisfaction priority of different types of parts was defined based on the part classification in mass customization.The variant design strategy was put forward for enhancing part reuse level of variant products by transferring/postponing the dimension variant requirements of parts.And dimension constraint conflict forms resulting from part reuse were analyzed.Aiming at the issues of dimension variant transferring/postponing,a variant probability matrix among part's dimensions was constructed.And a probability assignment model of dimension variant requirements based on Bayesian was proposed which can concentrate variant design requirements on few parts so as to realize reuse of other parts.Based on these,variant design process for products constituting of multi-type parts was presented based on dimension variant transferring/postponing.Finally,an example was given to verify these.It is shown that the part reuse level of customized products is increased effectively by transferring and postponing dimension conflicts,and assigning dimension variant probability dynamically according to part classification information.
