由于分数槽永磁同步电机中存在低模数的电磁力谐波,其振动水平一般比整数槽电机大。针对分数槽永磁同步电机,提出了通过在定子注入补偿电流的方法,来抵消电机中最小模数的电磁力谐波,从而降低电机的电磁振动。对l台12槽8极和1台24槽8极永磁同步电机通过二维电磁和结构有限元仿真,分析了2台电机的电磁力分布和在有无补偿情况下电机的电磁振动,证明了分数槽绕组电机采用该方法能够有效抑制电机振动,而整数槽电机则不能。最后对12槽8极原理样机进行了模态和振动实验,验证了所提出的方法能够达到抑制振动的效果。

In the permanent magnet synchronous motors with fractional slot combination, the electromagnetic vibration is generally larger than that of integer slot combination motors, because its force harmonic with the lowest mode number have a major impact on electromagnetic vibration. In the paper, a method, eliminating the harmonic with the lowest mode number, was proposed for suppressing electromagnetic vibration. The 2D finite element method was adopted to analyze electromagnetic force distribution and electromagnetic vibration of two motors with 12-slot 8-pole and 24-slot 8-pole respectively. It was illustrated that the proposed method was suitable to the fractional slot motor while not to the integer slot motor. A rig for the 12-slot 8-pole motor was built for test. The validity of the proposed method is confirmed by both simulated and experimental results.
