Senior officem are the core competitiveness of shipping companies. However, as the economic development and social progress, the loss of officers is growing. At the same time, as the shortage of crew resources, the crew moved frequently in interenterprise. In this paper, we will analysis the reasons tor the loss of our officers based on the status quo of China's senior crew members and propose some countermeasures.
