我国的个性教育逐渐走向强调尊重人和人性,除了强调尊重差异性以外,更为重视人的主体性,在目标方面强调以培养个性和谐全面发展的人。近些年来我国幼儿园的个性教育从理论走向了实践,然而在实施个性教育的过程中也遇到了教师的观念与行为脱节、幼儿主体地位缺失等一系列的问题。
我國的箇性教育逐漸走嚮彊調尊重人和人性,除瞭彊調尊重差異性以外,更為重視人的主體性,在目標方麵彊調以培養箇性和諧全麵髮展的人。近些年來我國幼兒園的箇性教育從理論走嚮瞭實踐,然而在實施箇性教育的過程中也遇到瞭教師的觀唸與行為脫節、幼兒主體地位缺失等一繫列的問題。
아국적개성교육축점주향강조존중인화인성,제료강조존중차이성이외,경위중시인적주체성,재목표방면강조이배양개성화해전면발전적인。근사년래아국유인완적개성교육종이론주향료실천,연이재실시개성교육적과정중야우도료교사적관념여행위탈절、유인주체지위결실등일계렬적문제。
The present individualized education tend to be respecting the individual and the humanity,especially to lay emphasis on the subjectivity besides on the children's diversity.Great attention has been paid on the chiildren's overal and harmonious development.In recent years,individualized education has been implemented in the kindergartens in China,but there exist some problems as teachers' ideas cannot match their practice and the children's subjectivity cannot be assured.
