在不同的取代率下,对粘土取代部分设计强度等级为M10和M15的水泥砂浆中水泥形成的水泥粘土砂浆抗压强度的变化进行了研究,并对其实际应用价值及改性机理进行分析探讨。结果表明,M10和M15水泥粘土砂浆的强度在替代率为20%和30%时可分别达到M7.5和M10水泥砂浆的强度要求,稠度也可以达到施工要求。

In this paper,in different replace rates,researches the changes of the compressive strength of the cement clay mortar formed by the cement in the place of the cement mortar which has the design strength lerels of M10 and M15 with the clay,and the situation of the change of its practical application value and modification mechanism is discussed.The results show that,M10 and M15 clay mortar cement the strength of the substitution rate to 20% and 30% in M7.5 and M10 achieved respectively and the strength of the cement mortar required consistency,also can achieve the construction requirements.
