采用超高强度聚乙烯长丝原料研制以纬编双罗纹针织物为主的防砍防刺材料。对两层织物及其与PVA软质片材复合、与薄金属甲片复合形成防护面料结构的性能进行了测试分析。结果表明用高强度聚乙烯长丝编织的双罗纹织物可以作为经济、柔性的儿童防护服材料。
採用超高彊度聚乙烯長絲原料研製以緯編雙囉紋針織物為主的防砍防刺材料。對兩層織物及其與PVA軟質片材複閤、與薄金屬甲片複閤形成防護麵料結構的性能進行瞭測試分析。結果錶明用高彊度聚乙烯長絲編織的雙囉紋織物可以作為經濟、柔性的兒童防護服材料。

Using super intensity polyethlene filament as raw material, it developed weft knitting interlock as primary fabric of against chopping and stingting, analyzed the test results of double-deck knitted fabric, and its composite protective fabric with PVA soft texture and thin sheet mental. The results showed that the weft knitting rib knitted fabric of the super intensity polyethlene filament could regard as the fabric for making economic and flexible child protective suit.
