教育是丰富的,惩戒教育是赏识教育的一种有效补充。我国历来有惩戒教育的传统,国外的惩戒教育也启示我们:恰当运用惩戒教育有利于培养学生的责任感,耐挫感,健全学生的人格,促进学生的健康成长。但在运用惩戒教育的过程中要注意三个原则:爱心原则以及适度原则与公平原则。

Education is a rich, disciplinary education is an effective supplement of the appreciation education. China has always been the traditional disciplinary education, disciplinary education abroad also tells us: the appropriate use of disciplinary education is conducive to develop students' sense of responsibility, frustration sense, and improve student's personality, promote the healthy growth of students.
