Hainan Province%special children%compulsory education%studies on countermeasures
海南省建省二十多年来特殊教育事业有了较大的发展。文章通过查阅资料、问卷调查和访谈，了解海南建省以来特殊儿童接受义务教育的基本情况，分析海南省特殊教育现状，并就存在的问题提出相应的对策和建议，以此希望能为相关部门在特殊教育决策上提供参考。
海南省建省二十多年來特殊教育事業有瞭較大的髮展。文章通過查閱資料、問捲調查和訪談，瞭解海南建省以來特殊兒童接受義務教育的基本情況，分析海南省特殊教育現狀，併就存在的問題提齣相應的對策和建議，以此希望能為相關部門在特殊教育決策上提供參攷。
해남성건성이십다년래특수교육사업유료교대적발전。문장통과사열자료、문권조사화방담，료해해남건성이래특수인동접수의무교육적기본정황，분석해남성특수교육현상，병취존재적문제제출상응적대책화건의，이차희망능위상관부문재특수교육결책상제공삼고。
Great achievements have been made in the special educational cause in Hainan since the es- tablishment of Hainan Province 22 years ago. In this paper, data are collected through questionnaires and in- terviews and are analyzed using literature review. As such, the basic information on compulsory education for special children in Hainan is well known. Moreover, an analysis is also made into the status quo and some feasible countermeasures and suggestions are advanced in line with existing problems in special education so as to offer some reference for relevant departments to make policies in developing special education in Hainan.
