随着我国对环境问题的重视及污染物排放总量控制政策的实施,推行排污权交易已经被国家提上工作日程。高效控制火电厂的二氧化硫排放是提高空气质量的主要途径,本文讨论了二氧化硫排污交易在电厂间实施的可行性,并对此提出了建议。
隨著我國對環境問題的重視及汙染物排放總量控製政策的實施,推行排汙權交易已經被國傢提上工作日程。高效控製火電廠的二氧化硫排放是提高空氣質量的主要途徑,本文討論瞭二氧化硫排汙交易在電廠間實施的可行性,併對此提齣瞭建議。

With paying attention to environmental issues by Chinese government, and the implementation of total emissions control policy, emission trading has been put onto the schedule in China. The main approach of improving the air quality is to efficiently con- trol SO2 discharge in the thermal power plants. The feasibility SO2 emission trading is analyzed and some suggestions are put forward in this paper.
