采用稀释法研究了吴茱萸柠檬苦素提取物的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)和最低杀菌浓度(MBC),并采用滤纸片法对吴茱萸柠檬苦素提取物和吴茱萸的醇提物的抑菌活性进行了对比研究。试验结果表明吴茱萸柠檬苦素提取物对藤黄微球菌、沙门氏菌、痢疾志贺氏菌、柠檬酸杆菌的抑菌效果及杀菌效果较好,其中吴茱萸柠檬苦素提取物的抑菌杀菌效果明显高于同浓度的乙醇提取物,对金黄色葡萄球菌、藤黄微球菌和志贺氏菌的最低抑菌浓度低于0.46mg/mL,最小杀菌浓度为0.92 mg/mL。吴茱萸柠檬苦素提取物的抑菌效果要优于吴茱萸乙醇提取物,因此在抑菌方面应该注重吴茱萸柠檬苦素提取物的开发及应用。

The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) and minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) of Fructus Evodia limornin extract were studied with dilution method,and a comparative study of limonin Evodia extract and alcohol extract of bacteriostatic activity was carried out using filter paper method.The results showed that bacteriostatic and bactericidal effects of limonin Evodia extracts were better on micrococcus luteus,Salmonella,Shigella,Citrobacter,which limonin Evodia extract significantly higher bacteriostatic effect of antimicrobial at the same concentration of ethanol extract,the minimum inhibitory concentration was less than 0.46 mg/mL on Staphylococcus aureus,micrococcus luteus and Shigella bacteria,and the minimum bactericidal concentration was 0.92 mg/mL.Limonin Evodia extract was superior to the antibacterial activity of ethanol extract of Evodia,and the inhibition in development and application of limonin Evodia extract should be focused on.
