合成了一种高效的阳离子固色剂,并进一步运用正交试验确定了该固色剂的最佳合成工艺。结果表明,固色剂PDMDAAC对织物湿摩擦牢度的提高明显优于纯碱,而且在皂洗牢度和汗渍牢度上也有所提高。经过对织物固色后K/S值和色差值的分析,固色剂PDMDAAC对染物色光影响也很小。

A high-efficiency cationic fixing agent was synthesized,and the optimum condition was determined in the further basing on orthogonal trials.The results indicated that the fixing agent PDMDAAC evidently enhanced not only the wet rubbing fastness but also the soaping fastness and perspiration fastness of fabrics,comparing the use of the soda as a fixing agent directly.After fixing the fabric,the analysis of the value of K/S and color difference showed that the fixing agent PDMDAAC had less influence on light color of the fabric.
