根据电流互感器的工作原理,建立了电流互感器取电线圈的负载工作模型。理论推导并实验验证了取电线圈输出功率与磁化电流及功率输出导通角口的关系,在此基础上提’出基于相角控制法的电流互感器取电电源设计方法。在可输出功率充足时通过在每个周期内使取电线圈输出功率等于负载消耗的功率,从而使电流互感器取电电源在较大导线电流范围内稳定工作在低热耗状态。最终测试结果表明,电流互感器取电电源在40~1000A的电流范围内可稳定输出近2.5W的功率。

According to the basic theory of transformer, a load model of energy harvesting coil is estabhshed. The relaUonsmps between power output, magnetization current and power output conduction angle are analyzed and verified by experiments. A novel design of current transformer energy harvesting power supply is proposed. The power output of the current transformer energy harvesting power supply is limited in a narrow range by controlling the conduction angle, so that the energy harvesting power supply can work in a dynamic range of transmission line current with low losses. The test results show that the power output of current transformer energy harvesting power supply is 2.5 W at the bus current from 40 A to 1000 A.
