将手性苏氨酸衍生配体H2L((2S)-3-hydroxy-2-(pyridin-4-ylmethylarnino)butanoicacid),Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O和NaOH溶解在混合溶剂DMF/EtOH/H2O,在65℃条件下反应,得到了手性配位聚合物{[CuL(EtOH)]·H2O}n(1)。该化合物具有C、N、Cu三个手性中心,为2D格子状结构,并通过氢键进一步连接形成三维超分子结构。

A 2D lattice coordination network {[CuL(EtOH)]·H2O}n(1) has been synthesized with the reaction of chiral threonine derivative H2L ((2S)-3-hydroxy-2-(pyridin-4-ylmethylamino)butanoic acid), Cu(ClO4)2·6H2O and NaOH in a mixed solvent of DMF, EtOH and water at 65 ℃. The compound 1 contains three chiral centers (C, N and Cu), and the 2D lattices in compound 1 are further stacked together to form a 3D supramolecular network linked by strong hydrogen bonding interactions.
