将手性苏氨酸衍生配体H2L（（2S）-3-hydroxy-2-（pyridin-4-ylmethylarnino）butanoicacid），Cu（ClO4）2·6H2O和NaOH溶解在混合溶剂DMF／EtOH／H2O，在65℃条件下反应，得到了手性配位聚合物{[CuL（EtOH）]·H2O}n（1）。该化合物具有C、N、Cu三个手性中心，为2D格子状结构，并通过氢键进一步连接形成三维超分子结构。

A 2D lattice coordination network {[CuL（EtOH）]·H2O}n（1） has been synthesized with the reaction of chiral threonine derivative H2L （（2S）-3-hydroxy-2-（pyridin-4-ylmethylamino）butanoic acid）, Cu（ClO4）2·6H2O and NaOH in a mixed solvent of DMF, EtOH and water at 65 ℃. The compound 1 contains three chiral centers （C, N and Cu）, and the 2D lattices in compound 1 are further stacked together to form a 3D supramolecular network linked by strong hydrogen bonding interactions.
