列举了换热器在化肥工业应用实践中经常出现的一些问题，分析了其产生的原因并提出了相应的解决办法，最后以Microsoft Visual Stdio．Net2005为开发平台．采用Object ARX二次开发技术，在Auto CAD2007开发环境下，对热力系统换热设备CAD系统进行了开发实现。
