在亚里士多德的眼中,实践是人生在世企及幸福的基本方式。进行实践,就能够收获德性,实践就是一个追寻德性的过程。大学生通过课堂教育能够掌握一些道德知识,但知并不等于行。要培养大学生的道德素质,最根本的途径就是实践。通过教学等持之以恒的自觉实践养成自己的德性。

Aristotle considers that practice is a fundamental way of pursuing happiness in our life. By practicing, we can harvest virtue because practice is a process of pursuing virtue. College students can get some moral knowledge through classroom teaching, but knowledge is not the same as practice. To cultivate students' moral quality, the most fundamental way is practice. We can develop students' virtue by the conscious practice of perseverance such as teaching.
