合理把握企业民营资本参与科技风险投资的动因,对于政府鼓励民营资本参与科技创新活动,解决我国原创性研发资金不足等问题具有积极的意义。文章通过对企业案例的深入剖析,从企业层面总结出企业参与科技风险投资的4方面动因模型：企业家的冒险和创新精神、塑造企业社会形象、增加企业内在价值、履行企业社会责任;同时指出企业民营资本投入的多少和企业对创新的关注程度是随着内外环境和企业发展的阶段发生变化的。

The motivation of the private capital getting involved into scientific venture investment is a significant research topic.It plays a significant role in encouraging private capital to be involved in sci-tech innovations and solve the shortage of RD funds.Through an in-depth analysis of cases,this paper derives a four-factor motivation model for the private companies to get involved in venture investment： innovative spirit of entrepreneurs,shaping of corporate social image;increase of internal value of the company and fulfilling social responsibilities.The thesis also points out the amount of investment and the degree of valuing innovation are changing with different stages of the marketing environment and the company.
