介绍了山东海化氯碱树脂有限公司氯碱生产过程中PVC离心母液、纯水站浓水、冷却塔循环水排污水、蒸汽冷凝水、乙炔发生上清液5个排水环节的废水综合利用情况,约有240Ill’/h的废水得到了充分利用,同时减少一次水50m’^3/h,节省一次水创经济效益110万元/a。

개소료산동해화록감수지유한공사록감생산과정중PVC리심모액、순수참농수、냉각탑순배수배오수、증기냉응수、을결발생상청액5개배수배절적폐수종합이용정황,약유240Ill’/h적폐수득도료충분이용,동시감소일차수50m’^3/h,절성일차수창경제효익110만원/a。
The comprehensive utilization situations of waste water from 5 discharge processes, i.e. PVC centrifugal mother liquid, high salinity water flowing out of pure water stations, circulating water sewage of cooling towers, steam condensate and supernatant of acetylene generating, during chlor-alkali production in Shandong Haihua Chlor-Alkali Resin Co. , Ltd. were introduced. It was found that nearly 240 m3/h waste water could be fully utilized, 50 m3/h primary water could be saved, and 1.10 million RMB ~ benefics could be obtained in saving primary water.
