生态宜居城市是现代城市发展的必然趋势，而中小城市往往具备建设生态宜居城市的先天有利条件．结合怀化市的实际情况，分析了怀化市建设生态宜居城市的优势、目前尚存在的问题，进而提出了相应的对策，希望能为怀化市生态宜居城市的建设提供一定的参考．

Ecological livable city is an inevitable trend of modem city development. Small and medium - sized city has the congenital advantage to construct the ecological livable city. Combined with the actual situation of Huaihua City, this paper analyzed the advantages and existing problems of the construction of ecological livable city of Huaihua city. It also proposed the corresponding countermeasures, hope to provide a certain reference for Huaihua city＇s ecological livable city construction.
