对6 mm厚AA2024-T4铝合金搅拌摩擦焊接头特性进行了研究。通过拉伸试验,得到了应力-应变曲线。用光学显微镜、显微硬度仪以及扫描电镜对焊接接头进行了金相分析、硬度测试以及断口分析。结果表明:试件断裂属于韧性断裂;断裂发生在前进侧热机影响区/热影响区的过渡区;当搅拌头转速为800 r/min,焊接速度为100 mm/min,接头力学性能良好,其抗拉强度为395.7 MPa,可达母材抗拉强度的90.2%。
對6 mm厚AA2024-T4鋁閤金攪拌摩抆銲接頭特性進行瞭研究。通過拉伸試驗,得到瞭應力-應變麯線。用光學顯微鏡、顯微硬度儀以及掃描電鏡對銲接接頭進行瞭金相分析、硬度測試以及斷口分析。結果錶明:試件斷裂屬于韌性斷裂;斷裂髮生在前進側熱機影響區/熱影響區的過渡區;噹攪拌頭轉速為800 r/min,銲接速度為100 mm/min,接頭力學性能良好,其抗拉彊度為395.7 MPa,可達母材抗拉彊度的90.2%。
대6 mm후AA2024-T4려합금교반마찰한접두특성진행료연구。통과랍신시험,득도료응력-응변곡선。용광학현미경、현미경도의이급소묘전경대한접접두진행료금상분석、경도측시이급단구분석。결과표명:시건단렬속우인성단렬;단렬발생재전진측열궤영향구/열영향구적과도구;당교반두전속위800 r/min,한접속도위100 mm/min,접두역학성능량호,기항랍강도위395.7 MPa,가체모재항랍강도적90.2%。
The properties of 6 mm thickness aluminum alloy AA2024-T4 joint by friction stir welding were investigated. The stress-strain curve were obtained by tensile test. The microstructure of the joint were analyzed by microhardness test, optical microscopy and SEM. The results show that: the fracture of the specimen is belong to ductile fracture; the strain fracture appears in the advancing side of joints between TMAZ and HAZ; with the rotating speed of stirring joint at 800 r/min and welding speed at 100 mrn/min, the mechanical properties of joints are favourable, tensile strength can reach to 395.7 MPa which is 90.2% of base metals.
