以6个新不育系和5个早熟恢复系为亲本,采用NCII不完全双列杂交设计,对其杂种F1的11个与产量相关性状进行配合力和遗传力分析,结果表明:大多数性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力方差均达显著或极显著水平,恢复系与不育系对一般配合力基因型方差的贡献因性状不同而有所差异,不同性状间的狭义遗传力大小依次为穗长〉每穗实粒数〉株高〉有效穗〉结实率〉单株产量〉相对日产量〉每穗总粒数〉全生育期〉着粒密度〉千粒重,泉5A和LA2012这两个不育系更容易配制出优势杂交组合。

Through NCⅡ incomplete dialle crossing design,using 6 new indica sterile lines and 5 early maturing restores lines,combining ability and heritability of 11 production related traits of hybrid F1 were analyzed.The results showed that the differences of general combining ability and specific combining ability of most traits reached a significant level or extremely significant level.The contribution of restorer line and sterile line to the genotypic differences of general combining ability was different due to the different characters.Narrow heritability of different traits was ear lengthfilled grain number per panicleplant heighteffective panicleseed setting rateyield per plantrelative daily outputgrain number per paniclewhole growth periodgrain density1000-grain weight.It was easy to got dominance cross combinations by using the sterile lines Quan5A and LA2012.
